3kk's Terms & Conditions — Full Policy

3kk (operated under the bundles.wine domain) is an international online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 3kk and its users.

By accessing, browsing, or using the 3kk website or application, you automatically agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

3kk operates under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority and complies with all applicable international gaming regulations. Users in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws.

To open an account with 3kk, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using your own name and personal details.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country or region where you are located.

3kk complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Accordingly, identity verification (Know Your Customer) is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed.

One of the following government-issued IDs is required for KYC verification:

• Clear photos of both sides of your National ID (NID)
• A clear photo of the biographical data page of your passport
• Driving License (Government Smart Card)

A bank statement or utility bill may also be requested as proof of address when required. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours.

Deposits on 3kk can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (may vary by payment method)
• Daily maximum deposit limit: ৳1,00,000 BDT
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–5 minutes
• No additional charges on deposits

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited, and any such transactions will be voided with the balance returned.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: 500 BDT
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: 25,000 BDT
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳50,000 BDT
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• No fees charged on withdrawals

To withdraw bonus winnings, the applicable wagering requirements must be met. Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit.

3kk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000 BDT. Minimum deposit ৳500 BDT. Wagering requirement ×20.
• Reload Bonus: A percentage bonus on your deposit every week. Terms are stated separately for each offer.
• Referral Bonus: Both parties receive a reward for each successful referral. The reward is activated once the referred person becomes an active user on the platform.
• Loyalty Points: Points are earned on every bet placed and can later be converted into cash or free bets.

3kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, 3kk's decision shall be final.

The following rules must be strictly observed when placing bets on 3kk:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• For live betting, odds may change at any time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply.
• 3kk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system or technical error.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information will result in permanent account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3kk platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
• Attempting to hack, crack, or tamper with any part of the platform
• Obscene, threatening, or harassing behavior

3kk takes user privacy seriously. Our data protection policy is as follows:

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• All data is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Payment information is stored in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
• Information may be disclosed to the authorities when required by legal obligation.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Account lock options ranging from 30 days to permanent.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Reality Check: Regular reminders will notify you of how long you have been playing.

3kk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
• Managing Multiple Accounts
• Suspected Money Laundering
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more)

Users may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing your account. A maintenance fee of BDT 50 per month may be deducted from inactive accounts.

3kk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts. That said, 3kk always aims to resolve issues with users in a friendly manner.
